✅ What Can Be Returned
You may request a return if:
Item is unused with original tags/packaging
Request is made within 30 days of delivery
Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads
Custom/personalized orders
Earrings & hygiene items (for health reasons)
Clearance/Final Sale items (marked at purchase)
🔄 Refund Process
Ship item to my return address below
I’ll inspect within 2 business days of receipt
Approved refunds issued via original payment method
Allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear
(PayPal refunds may appear faster)
⚠️ Important Exceptions
I cannot accept:
Items past 30 days
Damage from misuse/accidents
Return shipping costs (unless my error)
Original shipping fees
