What Can Be Returned

You may request a return if:

  • Item is unused​ with original tags/packaging

  • Request is made within 30 days​ of delivery

  • Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom/personalized orders

  • Earrings & hygiene items (for health reasons)

  • Clearance/Final Sale items (marked at purchase)

🔄 Refund Process

  1. Ship item to my return address below

  2. I’ll inspect within 2 business days​ of receipt

  3. Approved refunds issued via original payment method

  4. Allow 3-5 business days​ for funds to appear

(PayPal refunds may appear faster)

⚠️ Important Exceptions

I cannot accept:

  • Items past 30 days

  • Damage from misuse/accidents

  • Return shipping costs (unless my error)

  • Original shipping fees
